Manchester United striker Javier Hernandez hailed the influence of Phil Jones in their 5-0 whitewash of Bolton Wanderers.
Chicharito struck twice, with Jones having a hand in one of his goals.
"This is a great team," said Hernandez.
"There is a good blend of young people and experienced ones.
"Also you have someone like Phil Jones playing right back, and Chris Smalling did it before. Both play centre-back but they can change positions really well.
"That is really important."
