Manchester City striker Valeri Bojinov could be out for months with suspected knee ligament damage suffered against Manchester United yesterday.

City boss Sven Goran Eriksson admitted: "Bojinov is the only one we don't really know about now, he has had a scan at the hospital but we don't have the result as yet. The doctor thinks it is a ligament injury, but how bad we don't know yet."
