Manchester City have expressed interest in Angers wing-back Rayan Ait-Nouri.

The left-sided defender recently signed a new deal with Angers, though could yet be sold this summer.

TMW says City's plan is to sign Ait-Nouri and loan him next season to Spanish partners Girona.

However, they won't get a clear run, with Wolves also interested.

Ait-Nouri, 18, is a France youth international though also qualifies for Algeria.
