Manchester City are happy for David Gonzalez to spend the season at Aberdeen.

The Daily Star says City will let keeper Gonzalez stay at Aberdeen next season after initially signing a deal until Christmas.

The Colombian, 28, was on loan at Leeds United last term.

Gonzalez admits a long-term future with City is unlikely.
