Manchester City are waiting to find out if Sergio Aguero will fly home from Argentina for further treatment on his knee injury.

Aguero has not travelled with the Argentina squad from Buenos Aires to Cordoba for Friday's World Cup qualifier against Paraguay.

He must now decide whether to stay on for Tuesday's game against Peru.
