Manchester City are chasing Dijon striker Sebastian Ribas.
The Uruguay international struck 23 goals for the Ligue 2 club last season.
Ribas had a huge say on Dijon's promotion and his exploits have come to the attention of City chiefs, says France Football.
Chelsea could also come in for Ribas - with winger Florent Malouda having just bought a major stake in the club.
