Manchester City are ready to send players to Sporting CP as part of a deal for Bruno Fernandes.

O Jogo says an agreement between City and Sporting over a €55m fee for the Portugal midfielder has been settled.

And as part of the deal, City are willing to send two players to Sporting in exchange with Douglas Luiz and Marlos Moreno the pair nominated.

The transfer will mark Sporting's richest in their history.

The two clubs have been in negotiations for Fernandes over the past month. The midfielder's agent, Miguel Pinho, has been in Manchester to finalise personal terms.

It's also emerged City are speaking with Sporting about a first refusal agreement on their academy players.
