Manchester City are ready to enter new contract talks with Ilkay Gundogan.
The Sun says Gundogan will reportedly sign a new deal with the Premier League champions.
The Germany midfielder - who is currently at the World Cup in Russia - has been interesting Spanish giants Barcelona.
He has two years left on his contract at the Etihad but City want him to pen an extension.
Gundogan has struggled with injuries in England but returned last season to help City win the title.
The 27-year-old is reportedly happy with his current £100,000-a-week deal in Manchester.
