Manchester City striker Carlos Tevez is in transfer talks with AS Monaco.
L'Equipe says Monaco owner Dmitry Rybolovlev has put aside €100 million for summer signings and talks have already opened with Tevez's camp. A contract offer of €10 million-a-year has been tabled.
Tevez could be joined at ASM by Atletico Madrid striker Radamel Falcao, who is a €60 million target for Rybolovlev.
The striker has been linked with a move away from City, though could have a change of heart following the sacking of Roberto Mancini.
