Manchester City have offered Roque Santa Cruz to Inter Milan.
The Paraguay international has been made available by City ahead of the January market and Gazzetta dello Sport says Inter are being encouraged to bid for the player.
Santa Cruz has expressed an ambition to return to Germany, while he is also interesting Fulham and former club Blackburn Rovers.
City boss Roberto Mancini is keen to find a buyer for the striker next month.
