Manchester City are planning to lodge a £30million bid for Kevin De Bruyne.

City are expected to attract some top-quality starts this summer and one of the players high on their priority list is Wolfsburg star De Bruyne.

Now according to The Express, City have ramped up their pursuit of De Bruyne and will be tabling an official bid of around £30m within the coming days.

The former Chelsea man enjoyed a fantastic season with Wolfsburg, winning the German Player of the Year award.
