Manchester City manager Roberto Mancini says Mario Balotelli will not play again this season and has indicated the striker will be sold this summer.
The Italian firebrand was sent off in City's 1-0 loss at Arsenal on Sunday afternoon, a result which puts a dent in the club's title hopes, and after the match Mancini was critical of the former Inter Milan man saying he will not use him again this campaign.
"I am finished. We have six games and he will not play in the next six games," Mancini told Sky Sports when asked how much longer he would put up with Balotelli.
When quizzed further as to whether or not the striker would be sold in the summer, Mancini responded with:
"I can continue to play with Mario on the pitch. Every time, we risk one sent off, like today.
"But he can score also in the last minute." "Probably - but I don't know. It depends, because Balotelli is a fantastic player.
