Manchester City are rivaling Inter Milan for Sochaux midfielder Lucien Agoume.

Inter are in advanced talks to sign the 17 year-old, however City have now made their interest known.

TMW says Inter chiefs will meet with Oscar Damiani, Agoume's agent, today with the aim of closing an agreement.

However, City are now threatening their plans.

Agoume was a revelation in Ligue 2 last season, becoming regular for Sochaux despite his young age.
