Manchester City midfielder Jack Rodwell is a Premier League title winner.
Rodwell collected a Premier League winner's medal despite starting just one game for Manchester City this season.
League rules state that a player must make five appearances to qualify for a medal, the total having been lowered from 10 ahead of the 2012/13 season.
And Rodwell - whose sole start away at Stoke in September was followed by four substitute appearances - duly received his prize and joined his team-mates in their title celebrations following the 2-0 victory over West Ham. The 23-year-old's time on the pitch had amounted to 109 minutes over the entire campaign.
