Manchester City midfielder Samir Nasri is enduring with severe migraine problems.

The Sun says the condition hits the Manchester City midfielder worst in cold weather - and can leave him bedridden.

Nasri, 25, was unable to train for the first three days of this week. He has travelled with the squad to Newcastle but will be assessed this morning before a decision is made on whether he will play.
