Samir Nasri was delighted with Manchester City's win over Swansea City.
The midfielder says it was crucial to keep in touch with Chelsea.
Nasri said: "It was important to keep in touch with Chelsea, who look unbeatable at the moment. It was really important to win the game.
"It was a tough start, they scored an early goal, but we had a good reaction. We started to press high and play our game. It was good for the confidence as well because on Tuesday we have a tough game (Bayern Munich)."
