Manchester City midfielder Manu Garcia is being celebrated in Holland this week after his superb form with NAC Breda.
Garcia was outstanding for NAC in their shock win at champions Feyenoord on the weekend. It marked their first ever win at the De Kuip.
"For the first time this season I played as a No10. All I wanted was to have the ball and play with the ball. I could drop myself to the sides, fall back and run the game," said the Spaniard in a conversation with BN/DeStem.
"I play where the trainer needs me, he determines, but at No10 I have a lot more freedom. And then in De Kuip, against the champion ... Yes, this is the most beautiful of all. My most special match in NAC's shirt."
Garcia added: "I look to Modric, Isco and Iniesta. Players who do not have to be physically qualified and are distinguished by their quality on the ball."
