Manchester City have made a new £12 million offer for Arsenal defender Kolo Toure. The Daily Mail says Gunners boss Arsene Wenger is reluctant to sell the central defender with only three days left in the window.

City may consider increasing their bid to £15m and offering players in return, with Richard Dunne a possibility, but Wenger is likely to resist.
