Manchester City are making progress in their bid to sign Savio from Troyes in the summer.
The Citizens already own the player through their City Football Group, of which Troyes is a sister club.
However, he is currently at another CFG club in La Liga table toppers Girona.
Given their impressive form, and Savio's, City are set to bring him to England in the summer.
Per the Manchester Evening News, a deal could be done in the coming days or weeks.
Transfer specialist Fabrizio Romano stated on X: “Manchester City agree deal to sign Sávio from parent club Girona in the summer.
“Documents to be signed in the next days.
“Despite bids from German and English clubs, Sávio will join #MCFC.
“He's now 100% focused on Girona to end the season in the best way."
