Manchester City have made contact with Juventus defender Stephan Lichtsteiner.
The Switzerland international is off contract at the end of this season and currently in talks with Juve over a new deal.
However, Juve GM Beppe Marotta has publicly warned Lichtsteiner he must climb down over his current personal demands.
Meanwhile, Tuttosport says City have joined PSG in making contact with the defender's camp about a Bosman move to England.
For the moment, Lichtsteiner's talks with Juve are at deadlock. He is seeking €3.5 million-a-year, while Juve's latest offer is for €2.5 million-a-year.
