Manchester City have hit Carlos Tevez with no less than FIVE separate charges for his antics at Bayern Munich.

The Sun says City are accusing Tevez of at least five breaches of his contract and/or the club's code of conduct resulting from his behaviour on the night, when he refused to continue warming up.

The club told the £250,000-a-week Argentine striker their findings at a hearing yesterday and now he has five days to respond.

City could hand him £1million in fines and a further ban.
