Manchester City boss Sven Goran Eriksson has revealed they already have drawn up a new shopping list for January.

"I do not know how much we will have to spend or how many players we will need, but I do know it will be less chaotic than last time," he says. "We were lucky in that the players we signed in summer have all worked out, but it is too risky spending big money in that sort of way. You need to see more of players before you buy.

"I have been told money will be there in January, but I will not put myself in the same situation again. This time, we will have a list prepared."
