Manchester City boss Roberto Mancini is relaxed over Micah Richards linking up with the England Under 21s this summer. Some Premier League managers are concerned about the risk of burnout but the Italian has no such concerns, though, and has given defender Richards his blessing to go and represent the Young Lions.
"For him it is very important to play for his national team," said Mancini.
"I think that Micah wants to go and I'm happy for him to go."
