Manchester City are happy seeing Kylian Mbappe joining Real Madrid.

The PSG star is set to move to Real Madrid at the end of the season when his contract expires.

And French football expert Julien Laurens is convinced City chiefs will be happy with the news.

He explained to RMC: “At City they feel relieved that Kylian Mbappé is leaving for Real Madrid, that closes the door for the moment to (Erling) Haaland leaving this summer."

Just this week, Haaland left his options open when asked about a future move to LaLiga.
