Manchester City are ready to hand Raheem Sterling a new double-your-money contract.
The Mirror says Sterling's impressive form for club and country has put him on the radar of Europe's top clubs - including Spanish giants Real Madrid - after establishing himself as one of the Premier League's hottest properties.
City are willing to offer Sterling a 50 per cent pay-rise on his current £180,000-a-week, after tying down fellow forward Kevin De Bruyne and other big names to new deals.
Sterling has been keen to concentrate on his football but knows a good World Cup this summer will only strengthen his bargaining position and may also alert other clubs to join the queue for one of England's top stars.
The pacy forward has produced his best return in a season after scoring 20 goals this term.
