Manchester City chiefs will be holding discussions with Roma in Melbourne in an attempt to conclude a deal for Edin Dzeko.
Dzeko has widely been tipped to join Roma this summer but the transfer has not come into fruition as of yet due to the two sides failing to agree on a transfer fee. City are demanding around £20million for the striker but Roma have offered only £12million.
City are now set to square off against Roma in the International Champions Cup clash at the Melbourne Cricket Ground on Tuesday night and according to the Manchester Evening News, the two teams will look to use the occasion to hammer out a deal for Dzeko as well.
