Manchester City expect to complete the signing of Lazio junior Vlad Marin today.
TMW says the Romanian teen and his entourage are in Manchester finalising details of the transfer.
Marin will pen a three-year contract with City, which will cough up €400,000 in compensation to a frustrated Lazio.
