Manchester City have joined the interest for Lille winger Eden Hazard. Lille have confirmed the interest of Chelsea this week.
The Mirror says City's football development executive Patrick Vieira watched Hazard play against Inter Milan in the Champions League this week.
His French club are trying to start an auction to get £40million for the Belgian playmaker, who has long been admired by Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger.
