Manchester City captain Kyle Walker insists they remain Premier League title favourites.
Walker is also confident of success in the Club World Cup.
He told talkSPORT: "Listen, I think the league is definitely more open than it has been in recent years.
"But I think that if we do what we have to and what we can do based on recent years, then we will be in a good place."
The fullback also said: "To come here and do what I have done at Manchester City has been incredible, but there is one trophy we are missing.
"We go to Saudi after Crystal Palace and want to win the Club World Cup."
