Manchester City captain Kyle Walker hopes his injury isn't serious.

Walker was forced off for England during their defeat to Brazil last night with a hamstring strain.

"Frustrating to come off injured in last night's game especially when captaining the side. A truly great honour," he posted to social media.

On his potential return to action, Walker added: "Hopefully it's nothing too serious and I'm back ASAP."

City face Premier League leaders Arsenal this coming weekend.
