Manchester City boss Manuel Pellegrini is tightlipped on plans to buy a replacement for injured defender Matija Nastasic.
They have already spent more than £85million on four new players, but the chequebook may have to come out again over the next month.
Pellegrini said: "It doesn't depend on just one thing.
"I said on Friday that we could do something else before the Premier League starts but maybe we stay with the same squad.
"At the moment we aren't that concerned about that - but I'm very happy with the squad we have.
"The doctor has to see Matija when we arrive in Manchester and then we'll know. We are concerned but I think it's better to wait."
