Manchester City boss Roberto Mancini has confirmed defender Kolo Toure can leave.
Turkish club Bursaspor are interested but City want at least £3million for the 31-year-old defender.
Mancini said: "It's up to Kolo to decide if he wants to go to Bursaspor or not - however can they meet his demands?"
