Manchester City boss Roberto Mancini is sweating on Sergio Aguero's knee scan today.

The Daily Star says Mancini fears Aguero could be out for months with a knee injury.

Aguero was carried off in Manchester City's win over Southampton yesterday after twisting his knee in a first-half tackle from Nathaniel Clyne. He had a scan last night.

But boss Mancini already fears the worst - and that could see City hit the transfer market before the window closes at the end of the month.
