Man City boss Mancini: Dalglish fantastic for Liverpool

Manchester City boss Roberto Mancini is full of praise for Liverpool counterpart Kenny Dalglish ahead of Monday's clash.

Mancini admits he has huge respect for his Reds counterpart and feels King Kenny's charges will pose his side a far greater threat than when they met at Eastlands earlier in the season.

Mancini said: "Dalglish is a fantastic manager. He was an incredible player, I remember him very well. Liverpool are a very strong team, especially when they play at home.

"They lost two important players in (Javier) Mascherano and (Fernando) Torres but they bought (Luis) Suarez, (Andy )Carroll as well as other good players. It will be a very hard game."
