Man City boss Mancini admits owners unhappy

Manchester City boss Roberto Mancini admits the club's owners are unhappy with this season's results.

City are on the brink of a Champions League exit this week against Ajax.

"Staying in the Champions League could maybe change things for us because if we get into the second stage we will be very dangerous for any team," said Mancini.

"But now we can't think about this, only tomorrow's game.

"I think the owners are upset (by the results) but this is normal. I don't think they are happy. For me to work with these people is fantastic because you can work without problems.

"They always support the team and to have an owner and chairman like this is very important. 'When we lose or only take one point, like against West Ham on Saturday, I am disappointed - this is normal, and it is the same for the owner and chairman."
