Man City boss Guardiola scoffs at critics: Of course I need the camera on me all the time

Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola has taken aim at critics of his style.

Guardiola was criticized by various pundits and fans for his behavior after a recent game.

The Spaniard was seen wildly gesticulating and chatting with Jack Grealish right after their 0-0 draw against Arsenal on Sunday.

“I do it for the cameras, my ego," Guardiola said sarcastically when asked about the incident.

“I'm the famous person of the team and I need the cameras on me to go to sleep with incredible satisfaction.

“I always try to criticize the players there and let them know how bad they are.

“Especially when Erling (Haaland) scores three goals, the cameras have to be on me."
