Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola has lauded the playing style of Napoli after the two faced off on Tuesday night.
City ran out 2-1 winners but they were challenged all night by Maurizio Sarri's side.
Guardiola has spent significant stints at Barcelona and Bayern Munich, and has won two Champions League titles, but he says the side he faced at the Etihad were one of his toughest ever opponents.
"It was an amazing game. Outstanding. Both wanted to play against high pressing," Guardiola told BT Sport.
"Napoli are one of the best teams I have faced in my career. If you are not aggressive without the ball you have no chance to survive.
"The situation is that we go to the next game and try to win that. We are close but it is not already done. We need one more victory to qualify."
