Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola will include James McAtee in his first team squad next season.
McAtee spent last term with Sheffield United, where he helped the Blades to Premier League promotion.
United are keen to bring him back to Bramall Lane for the new season, but Guardiola has other ideas.
The Daily Mail says Guardiola wants to add McAtee to his squad and has plans to bring the youngster through in similar fashion to Phil Foden.
City's manager is convinced McAtee can match the success Foden long-term.
