Roberto Mancini does not intend to contest a Football Association charge over his pushing incident with Everton counterpart David Moyes last week, reports The Guardian. Manchester City will make a formal representation on his behalf before Tuesday's deadline, but the manager simply wants an end to the matter.
"I accept the charge, I will not fight it." Mancini said. "As I said after the game, I just wanted to get the ball and get the match finished. I'm normally calm but I want to win always. After the Everton game I had a drink with David Moyes and there was no problem."
