Manchester City are launching a bid for Celta Vigo midfielder Borja Oubina.
The young midfielder is seeking a move from Celta after their relegation last season and Marca says City have offered £5 million for the player this week.
Celta rate Oubina in the £7 million class and are also fielding interest from Villarreal, Real Zaragoza and Atletico Madrid.
