Manchester City are wrapping up the signing of Velez Sarsfield superkid Maximo Perrone.
City are meeting the €10m buyout clause in Perrone's Velez deal.
The two clubs are now exchanging contracts, with it anticipated the deal will be announced this week.
The teen is expected to join City immediately, rather than be loaned out to a European partner like Troyes or Palermo.
