Manchester City playmaker Bernardo Silva has spoken about where his future may lie.

The Portuguese has long been linked with a move away from the Premier League champions.

Silva was linked to Barcelona and Paris Saint-Germain, but no deals materialized in the summer.

“The Saudi League improvement has been massive, it's because of the investment and from what we hear it's not going to stop," Silva stated about a future move to the Saudi Pro League after touching down in Jeddah for the Club World Cup with his City teammates.

“Future in Saudi? For now, I'm focused on City, very happy playing European football, which in my opinion is the highest level."

City are taking on Japanese club Urawa Red Diamonds in the Club World Cup semi-final on Tuesday.
