Real Mallorca coach Gregorio Manzano insists he's not heard from Villarreal about next season.

Manzano has been linked with Villarreal as a replacement for Manuel Pellegrini, who could be joining Real Madrid in the summer.

"Villarreal? The only thing I can say is that I do not know anything. I have no information about this," said Manzano.

"The problems here, however, are many.

"I do not like being part of a story in decline. I do not want to repeat another year like this."
