Real Mallorca coach Javier Aguirre was able to joke about a later miss from Cyle Larin against Barcelona last night.

With scores locked at 2-2, Canada striker Larin had the chance to hit a late winner after a swift breakaway by the hosts.

But while he struck the ball cleanly, Larin's shot finished the wrong side of the near post. The passage of play had everyone off the Mallorca bench, with some substitutes falling to their knees after Larin's shot went wide.

Afterwards, smiling, Aguirre was able to quip: "Ah, the 'scoundrel' must be feeling dejected now!"
