Ralf Rangnick is already speaking with potential backroom staff about joining him at AC Milan next season, it has been revealed.
BILD says the former Hoffenheim coach has been taking Italian lessons three times a week in preparation for the move.
Lars Kornetka would be is assistant coach, having worked with Rangnick at TSG and Schalke.
Rangnick is also speaking with former Tottenham football chief Paul Mitchell about joining him. Mitchell would work alongside Hendrik Almstadt and chief exec Ivan Gazidis, with Geoffrey Moncada to coordinate the scouting.
Mitchell's arrival would also see current sports director Paolo Maldini squeezed out.
