Olympique Lyon have signed Malaga midfielder Sergi Darder.

Darder joins Lyon on a five-year contract.

Malaga have sold Darder for €12 million - which sparked a furious reaction from coach Javi Gracia.

“I don't understand how a player whose buy-out fee is set at 40 million euros can leave the club under the conditions he has left," he snapped.

Málaga continue negotiating for AC Milan's talented young Moroccan midfielder Hachim Mastour.
