The agent of Napoli midfielder Christian Maggio says any move away will be down to the club.
Tottenham's interest has already been confirmed by Maggio' representatives.
And Massimo Briasco told TMW: "He's doing very well, and has attracted interest from several teams. He has a contract until 2013 and is a great moment in Naples.
"The club will decide whether to continue with or without him."
