Macclesfield Town have snapped up Stoke City youngster Tom Adeloye.

The Sentinel says Adeloye has joined fellow Potter Alex Grant on loan at Macclesfield Town.

Forward Adeloye, who was formerly on the books of Charlton Athletic and Millwall, is taking his first step into senior football at Moss Rose.

The 17-year-old has been playing for Stoke's under-21s this season and joins John Askey's side in a promotion chase from the Conference Premier.
