Olympique Lyon striker Mariano Diaz admits returning to Real Madrid would be welcome.

The Lyon player was clear in a message on social media that it would be impossible to turn Madrid down.

"You can't say no to Real Madrid," he wrote.

Diaz signed for Lyon last summer in an eight million euro deal and scored 20 goals in all competitions.

There was no option to buy back written into his contract but they would be able to make a bid if there player was to move on and they also have the right to 35% of any follow-on sale.
