Lyon president Jean Michel Aulas admits losing Alexandre Lacazette to Arsenal was emotional this summer.
Aulas, however, is proud to see Lacazette playing for the London giants.
He told Le Progres: "It was hard. I had all the players except Max (Gonalons) that I had had before. I had Mathieu (Valbuena), Corentin (Tolisso), Alexandre (Lacazette), and I had tears in my eyes at the end of the interview for the three. And Alex like Corentin were very touched.
"These kids, you know, we've seen them grow up. But I am glad that they are making contracts unreachable for OL at the moment, it is also a pride for the Academy."
